Business Head- Healthcare - Payer and Provider - AVP level

Position: Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Business Head, Healthcare (Payer & Provider)

Experience: 15 – 23 Years

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Business Leader to drive growth, client engagement, and delivery excellence across Payer and Provider operations. The role will be responsible for managing strategic healthcare accounts, owning business outcomes, driving digital transformation initiatives, and leading large-scale healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own P&L, revenue growth, and business expansion within the Healthcare vertical.

• Build and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders across Payer and Provider organizations.

• Lead large healthcare transformation, operations, and technology-driven engagements.

• Drive delivery excellence across areas such as Claims, Enrollment, Utilization Management, Care Management, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Medical Coding, and Prior Authorization.

• Identify new business opportunities, develop solutions, and support business development efforts.

• Lead high-performing teams and ensure operational efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in Healthcare Services, Consulting, BPM, IT Services, or Digital Transformation.

• Strong domain expertise in US Healthcare Payer and Provider operations.

• Proven experience managing large client portfolios and P&L responsibility.

• Demonstrated success in business development, account growth, and executive stakeholder management.

• Experience leading global delivery teams and transformation initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Healthcare regulations, HIPAA, Value-Based Care, and Population Health.

• Exposure to AI, Automation, Analytics, Cloud, and Healthcare Interoperability (HL7/FHIR).

• MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
