Profile
Before founding Talentstra, Novonil led the people function for one of the fastest-growing business groups at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), managing a global workforce of 100,000 and overseeing business operations worth several billion dollars. He represented HR at board level across multiple TCS subsidiaries.
At TCS, he was instrumental in driving digitization initiatives and consulting for enterprise clients. His experience spans strategic alignment, governance, compliance, and hiring, developing, and retaining executive leadership teams across global markets.
At Talentstra, Novo focuses on building leadership legacies and shaping future-ready organizations through high-touch, purpose-driven talent strategies.
